The EPIK administration requires that the Criminal Record Check (CRC) must be issued by the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS). The local Police stations or Law Enforcement force can issue police Clearance for employment or business licensing on the domestic level. However, if your employment is overseas, your Criminal Record must be issued on the national level by the FBI, Department of Justice to be recognized for use in Korea.

You must complete all the denotes fields. If you are requesting an FBI Background Check for more than one person (family), they also must sign the form.

You must provide a recent Fingerprint card. Copies or previously processed impressions are not accepted. Fill out the Standard Fingerprint Form (FD-285). It is preferred to make a professional technician take your impressions to avoid any mistakes while processing your documents.
